Materials
- 1 large balloon
- 1 cup of cotton balls
- LED fairy lights
- 1 bowl of water
Instructions
- Inflate the balloon to your desired size.
- Dip the cotton balls into water and allow them to soak briefly.
- Wrap the wet cotton balls around the balloon until covered.
- Insert the LED fairy lights inside the balloon.
- Deflate the balloon carefully and remove it, leaving the cotton cloud structure.
- Secure the setup and place it in your desired location.
Notes
Make sure the LED lights are suitable for indoor use and do not overheat.
