Description

Transform old jeans into beautiful, lasting faux flowers for a stylish and sustainable home decor piece.

Materials

  • 2-3 pairs of old denim jeans
  • Scissors
  • 24-gauge floral wire
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Green floral tape
  • A vase or container for the bouquet

Instructions

  1. Cut the denim into circles of various sizes, about 4-6 inches for larger flowers and 2-3 inches for smaller ones.
  2. Create flower petals by cutting slits around the edges of each circle.
  3. Assemble the flowers by threading floral wire through the center, pinching and twisting to secure.
  4. Wrap the stem with green floral tape firmly.
  5. Arrange your denim flowers in the chosen vase, adjusting stem lengths for a natural look.

Notes

Add leaves or embellishments made from recycled materials for enhanced visual appeal.
