Materials
- Clear plastic bottle (empty soda bottle works great)
- LED light strip or fairy lights
- Decorative beads or colored gel
- Water (distilled is best)
- Hot glue or tape
- Scissors
Instructions
- Prepare the bottle: Start by cleaning your clear plastic bottle thoroughly.
- Cut the bottle: Depending on your design, cut the top of the bottle off or leave it intact.
- Add beads or gel: Insert the decorative beads or colored gel into the bottle.
- Fill with water: Carefully fill the bottle with water, leaving space at the top.
- Insert the lights: Place the LED light strip or fairy lights into the bottle.
- Seal or secure: Use hot glue or tape to secure the bottle top back in place.
- Enjoy your creation: Find a nice spot to display your glowing bubble lamp and plug it in.

This project is great for all ages; however, adult supervision is recommended when using scissors or hot glue.
