Description

A fun and colorful garland made from cupcake liners, perfect for Halloween decor.

Materials

  • Rainbow cupcake liners
  • String or twine
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Cut the cupcake liners into ghost shapes.
  2. Pierce holes at the top of each ghost shape.
  3. String the ghosts onto the twine.
  4. Hang your garland for a festive look.

Notes
